At SCC, we are dedicated to creating high-quality, personalized gifts that are made with care. To ensure the best experience for our customers, please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time Each of our products is custom-made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production prior to shipping. This production time allows us to carefully craft your unique item to meet our high standards of quality. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Timeframes We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after the production period.

  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after the production period.

  3. Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day after the production period (available for select locations).

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays (e.g., weather or carrier-related issues).

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions; details of such promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping We currently do not ship to international destinations. 

Address Changes To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. Address changes requested after the order has been shipped cannot be accommodated.

Damaged or Lost Packages In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us at 916-548-9628 within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
